Fairy King with Fireflies

Fairy King is based on a digital painting I've been working on. His hands, feet and face are polymer clay and his body is cloth over a wire armature. The fireflies are a combination of glass, polymer clay and plastic. His hair is made from wool fiber, and his pants and tunic are leather. He is my first attempt at doll making (Harvest Mother is my second) and I am pretty happy with how he came out. I sunk alot of time into this project, but I learned alot in the process. After doing so much digital art, it felt good to make something with my hands.
